The new VX range of balers are all low height balers. They are the ultimate in user friendly balers with the benefits of low noise, a fast cycle time and front loading baling cord. Bale size ranges from the CK100VX which produces bales of cardboard up to 90kg to the CK300VX which produces bales of cardboard up to 300kg.

CK International has extended their range of horizontal waste balers with the launch of the CK850HFE-PC-75T baler. 

The CK850HFE-PC-75T baler has a 2.7m wide flared  hopper opening which allows easier feeding of large volumes of waste with loading shovel or grab. 

It is a full eject baler with a portcullis door for easy continuous operation.

It has a fast cycle time giving a throughput of over 3 tonnes of cardboard per hour. 

The high compaction force used produces a high density bale which allows maximum weight to be obtained in a container.  The large bale of up to 1 tonne that is produced saves time tying the bale, reduces the amount of wire used and cuts the container loading time. 

Consistently high container weights are achieved which reduces transport costs.   

The CK850HFE.PC 75T is excellent for compacting hard plastics in part due to the easy tying system.

CK International manufacture and supply an extensive range of semi automatic balers to the waste industry.

CK horizontal balers have large feed openings and can process up to 3tonnes/hour with the waste material being fed by selector grabs, loading shovels or other methods. CK balers can be fitted with retention claws and dual pressure setting which improves baler efficiency depending on the materials being baled.

The high throughput, together with the high compaction forces used, makes CK horizontal balers an excellent means of producing large quantities of high density bales for export. Container weights of 22-24 tonnes cardboard are consistently achieved so saving on transport costs.CK customers are successfully baling cardboard, plastic, hard plastic and plastic film.
