The CK400H Horizontal Baler is suitable for a medium throughput of material, up to 1 tonne per hour.  It is ideally suited for an industrial setting producing a high quantity of small bulk material.

With the press plate extending the whole way to the door, the CK400H will produce a very dense mill sized bale.  The bale can be fully discharged from the chamber after tying, making it easy to switch between materials.

The vertical tie system makes this machine easy to use, quick to tie, and suitable to sit along a wall.

The CK450HL Horizontal Baler has a throughput of 1 tonne per hour from a 7.5kw power pack, making it suitable for factories or small waste processing units. It has a wide feed aperture for large bulk material up to 1400mm x 1050mm. The CK450HL will produce mill sized bales of cardboard weighing 450-500kg. There are various options available to improve the specification, such and 11kw and 15kw powerpacks to increase througput, conveyor feed hoppers and an 1100litre binlift.

The vertical tie system makes this machine easy to use, quick to tie, and suitable to sit along a wall.

The CK450HFE is a Full Bale Eject Horizontal Baler. It has the same press force, powerpack and extras options as the CK450HL. The full eject system can save time when processing material as it does not rely the second batch of material to discharge the bale. The solution is suitable for applications were fast turnaround and more throughput is required.

This machine also has a vertical tie system.

The CK600H provides a throughput up to 2 tonne per hour, and is ideal for waste processors and factories.

Features include a 50 tonne compaction force, a v-plate shear mechanism, magic eye start up, bale full indicator, and a 15KW motor running off a 3 phase power supply. Options include an 1100 litre bin lift, a second magic eye for a conveyor feed, and customer specific hopper design.

The horizontal tie system makes the CK600H suitable for plastic bottles and aluminium cans.

The CK850 is our largest baler which can bale over 3 tonne per hour. It is a semi-automatic horizontal baler which can produce a bale in excess of one tonne. It has a bigger 2m x 1m feed opening allowing larger material to be easily fed in.

It has a 60 tonne compaction force and an aggressive ram head, providing efficient shearing.

Other features include, magic eye start up, automatic cut off when bale is full, horizontal tie and adjustable bale length with 6 different settings.
