The Role

The aftersales technical support team play a key role in the continued growth of CK International. Primarily supporting our team of 14 field service engineers, this is an opportunity to work in a fast changing environment, with a broad range of equipment and across a wide geographical area.

Expectations

  • Provide office based support to field team
  • Advise on parts requirements
  • Survey machinery and lead refurbishment as required
  • Develop costings on maintenance of equipment
  • Analyse trend data for machinery maintenance requirements
  • Advise design team of in field requirements
  • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers e.g. conveyors, shredders etc.
  • Flexible to travel to UK and EU primarily
  • Maintain / improve PPM standard operating procedures to result in best of class service delivery

The Person

  • Growth mindset
  • 3+ years in a support / fault finding role
  • Working knowledge of electrical / hydraulic systems and schematics
  • Excellent written / oral communication skills
  • Innovative problem solver
  • Ability to manage dynamic workload
  • Experience of the waste / recycling sector market & technologies (desired)
