CK International manufactures fully automatic, twin-ram balers specifically designed for RDF, SRF and MSW. These machines deliver the high compaction and consistent bale quality needed for waste-to-fuel production.
Systems can be tailored with left-or right-hand bale ejection and custom hoppers for conveyor or machinery feed. We also provide conveyors, bale wrapping systems and integration with pre-shredders and trommels to create a complete baling line.
Our balers offer up to 120 tonnes of compaction force with fast cycle times, making them suitable for high-volume solid-waste facilities.

High-Throughput RDF Baling Solution
When awarded a contract to manage RDF waste for Pembrokeshire Council, The Potter Group turned to CK International for a reliable baling solution. Following consultation with our sales team, they selected the CK TR121 XL fully automatic twin-ram baler, and are achieving outstanding results.
The baler features a 59 kW motor and 120 tonne press force, ideal for high-volume RDF processing. Black bin waste is shredded to below 300 mm, then fed via a chain conveyor into a reinforced loading hopper. Bales are secured with a polyester strapping system and fed directly into a crosswrap wrapping line, ready for export to heat and power facilities.
The system delivers an average throughput of 25 tonnes per hour, producing bales of up to 1.4 tonnes each. In a typical shipment, the loaded vessel can carry up to 3,500 tonnes of wrapped RDF bales, efficiently turning waste into valuable energy resources.

The TR121 is a high-capacity two-ram baler producing large bales to reduce wire, wrap, and handling costs. With up to 200HP, it can process 35 tons per hour of MSW, serving recycling departments, retail and distribution, RDF/SRF processors, EFW plants, and more.

CKTR82
The TR82 is a versatile two-ram baler producing high-density bales of multiple materials. With up to 150 hp, it can process 26 tons per hour, optimising shipping container space and payload. Ideal for recycling departments, retail, RDF/SRF processors, EFW plants, and more.
