Twin Ram Balers are ideal for use in waste transfer stations or as part of a larger recycling MRF system where high volumes of various waste materials including RDF, SRF, plastic, PET, cardboard and paper are being processed. High throughputs of up to 40 tonne/hr are achievable.
Material can be fed into the machines using conveyor, loading shovel or selector grab. These fully automatic machines produce high density mill size bales, with bale weights of up to 1.4 tonnes. Twin Ram automatic balers can streamline bale production and dramatically increase profitability.

CKTR63
The TR63 is a cost-effective entry-level two-ram baler, capable of processing up to 3 tons of cardboard per hour. It produces high-density bales ideal for shipping and is suited for recycling departments, retail, distribution, agriculture, and waste management companies
CKTR82
The TR82 is a versatile two-ram baler producing high-density bales of multiple materials. With up to 150 hp, it can process 26 tons per hour, optimising shipping container space and payload. Ideal for recycling departments, retail, RDF/SRF processors, EFW plants, and more.
CKTR121
The TR121 is a high-capacity two-ram baler producing large bales to reduce wire, wrap, and handling costs. With up to 200HP, it can process 35 tons per hour of MSW, serving recycling departments, retail and distribution, RDF/SRF processors, EFW plants, and more.
